We believe in the importance and connection of the Body, Mind and Spirit and know that a person's wellness is manifested in and through the congruence of all three.
Our mission is to provide Education, Inspiration and Motivation to folks in Faith Communities who are wanting and willing to be supportive of people living with a diagnosis of a mental illness. We Believe in Recovery! And we hope to assist people in their personal recovery journeys while helping them to explore their spirituality.
In our own lives we have experienced and know that - Out of Brokenness comes Healing... And out of Healing comes Wellness. Out of Wellness comes Gratitude...And out of Gratitude comes Love.
We are Wounded Healers hoping to share Good News with you. A diagnosis of mental illness may be devastating in a person's life - but with hope, love
and understanding we know...Recovery is possible.
